Basic itinerary in a Mecca of Bergamo area-Valle Imagna- quiet valley full of wonderful climbings of any difficulty, often with low traffic, and lots of refill spots.

Ideal for half day tour even in winter season, perfect in summertime due to trees abundance. Starting from Almenno San Salvatore sport area with easy car parking, we start mild climb along the valley up to Capizzone to warm up your legs. From here a 10 km climb takes we up Costa Valle Imagna for a good coffe close to the church. From here an adrenalic downhill to Roncola and Almenno drive us to the starting point.

Round loop of Iseo lake good for intermediate season (best in spring and autumn) easy itinerary even for not well trained cyclists with no climbing difficulties. Half day tour.

Interesting itinerary, very popular among Bergamo cyclists. Need to be done not during working day due to heavy traffic in the road to San Giovanni Bianco. Better on Saturday or Sunday morning (early) to skip cars assault to mountain area.

From Bergamo suburban area we reach Sedrina (birthplace of Felice Gimondi (pluti winner pro cyclist of the 60th..on Binachi bycicle and still in cycling world..). with almost flat road we reach San Giovanni Bianco (famous for geological fomations known as “marne” a white argilla).
A deep 3 km canyon craved by the river Enna is a great experience of cycling mostly without cars (some motorbikes..) that even Gran Fondo Gimondi cross. Going on the climb reach some steep part (10%) until Olda. From here after a shor descent we climb again with moderate pendence up to Forcella di Bura crossing the Taleggio hamlet where the famous Taleggio cheese is produced. A long and technical descend take you quickly down to Sedrina and again Bargamo.

Lecco Valcava Roncola Perego Great climbing experience with one of the toughest climb of Lombardy Valcava. This climb need respect and preparation and is not suggested for occasional cyclist. The second part from km 6 to the end is rerally demanding with 18% pendence for long part which requires at least a compact with 28 or 30 on the weel. Prepare for the reward on top!
In clear day a wonderful view is waiting for you and in peek season a kiosk with coffe and refill will give you an extra prize! (fb page Chiosco Passo Valcava 18%). From there a descend to Roncola and the plains takes you back to Adda river and the Brianza area. If your legs and lungs aren’t satisfied you can climb Colle Brianza , part of pro’s Giro di Lombardia every year, or return to Lecco/ Valadrera for a final beer lakeview.

Round tour Lecco Bergamo province.

A full day tour exploring lecco and lake region and Prealps area. From Lecco, after a double Espresso, the road quickly star to climb up to Colle di Balisio for 10 km with some demanding part. A short descend and we start againg to climb from Cremeno to the pass where a refuge with bar and restaurant wait us for a deserved refill.

From here through a very technical descent we reach Val Taleggio and its Orrido craved by Enna river full of water and cascades. A sot for some pictures is mandatory. At the end of the valley from San Giovanni Bianco we drive mostly downhill to Barzana and Lecco fo an icecream and a Coke!
